Security and trust
Your customers will tell your app things they would only say to a person: an account number, a symptom, a home address. Voqalize carries those words, so we treat every call as private.
Standards
Voqalize is certified for ISO/IEC 27001:2022, SOC 2, the GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

Certified
How we run information security, from who gets access to how we handle an incident, audited by an independent certification body.

Certified
The controls that keep customer data secure, examined by an independent auditor.

Certified
The European Union’s rules for personal data, including each person’s right to see and delete what is held about them.

Certified
India’s data protection law. It asks for consent for a stated purpose, and gives people rights over their data.
Certificates and audit reports are available on request. Please reach out to support@voqalize.com.
During a call
Here is what happens to one thing your customer says, and who handles it along the way.
The microphone opens when they start a call in your app.
Their voice travels to us over WebRTC, encrypted with DTLS‑SRTP.
Speech becomes text on servers we operate. No outside speech company hears it.
The words go to your agent, on your own servers, or to the one we run for you with Plug & Play. It decides what to say and what the app should do.
Your customer hears the answer, and the app moves the appointment.
How we treat conversations
People say private things to a voice that sounds like it’s listening. So we keep as little as we can, and only what you choose to keep.
No audio is saved unless you turn recording on, for an agent or for a single call.
Voice travels over WebRTC, which encrypts every call with DTLS‑SRTP. There is no unencrypted mode to fall back to.
If you bring your own AI agent, its prompts, model, tools and conversation memory stay on your servers. We carry the words there and back.
The servers that carry voice hold no storage credentials, and the keys you create are kept only as a hash.
